We are extremely excited to have our patrons seated in our restaurant once more. We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our COVID-compliant rules and regulations before your arrival. We ask that you work alongside us to ensure the safety of, not only yourselves, but that of our other guests and staff.

THE RULE OF 3

MASKS 

Masks are our first line of defence, so we employ the rule: no mask, no entry. You are welcome to remove your mask when seated at your table, but should you leave your seat for any reason, we ask that you put on your mask again.

SANITISATION 

We use Byotrol, a long-lasting sanitiser that not only kills 99,9% of germs but keeps a surface sterile for 24 hours. We have provided sanitisation stations around the restaurant, as well as at your table, so you can keep your hands sterile throughout the evening. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We have reduced the amount of seating available so that all guests are seated at least 1,5m apart. We kindly ask that you follow in our footsteps and ensure that, when you are not seated at your table, you adhere to social distancing.

HOW WE ENSURE YOUR SAFETY

AIR PURIFICATION & FOGGING

We have installed Solenco air purifiers around the restaurant. Each is fitted with a pre-filter, a true HEPA filter, a carbon filter and a UV-C light which allows us to remove any airborne contaminations. Moreover, every evening we fog the premises with a vector biocide that helps to disinfect previously-inaccessible areas.

COVID-TRAINING

All staff members have undergone extensive COVID-19 training and education in reducing the risk of potential transmissions. Members of our management team have been certified in COVID-19 workplace and hospitality protocol training.

SCREENING & CONTACT-TRACING

We screen every staff member, vendor and guest before they enter the building to ensure no one exhibiting any COVID-related symptoms. Furthermore, we employ contact tracking to help contain and break the chain of transmission.

UPON ARRIVAL

No mask, no entry. You are required to wear a mask when walking into, and around. the restaurant.

Upon arriving, each guest's temperature is measured. Should your temperature test higher than 37,6 we unfortunately, cannot allow you, or anyone you have been in close contact with, to enter.
